Accounts Receivable Clerk

Job Description

A client of Insight Global in the West Michigan area is seeking an Accounts Receivable Deductions Clerk to join their team! This individual will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing deductions from customers to determine if credits, adjustments, or chargebacks will need to be initiated. Deduction codes will need to be pulled from SAP to determine the correct discrepancy. This individual will be required to work cross functionally with customers, sales teams, shipping/receiving, and more to resolve a range of deductions per week.

This is a hybrid position; candidates are required to be onsite 3 days per week.

Compensation: $19-$21hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

• 1+ year of experience with accounts receivable, proof of delivery, deductions, and/or claims

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Associates degree

• Excel experience
