Construction Project Engineer; Multifamily

Job Details

Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year.

• Base salary range ($65K–$90K based on market)
• Bonus potential (5–10%)

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in project coordination
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and document control
• Track schedules, costs, and materials
• Support field and office teams with procurement and close-out
• Maintain communication with clients and subs

• 0–3 years of experience in construction or engineering
• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with construction plans and specifications
• Driven, organized, and eager to learn
