We are seeking a visionary, highly collaborative Senior AI Artist to join our global creative team. This is not a role for a casual AI user; we are looking for a hyper-craft oriented, AI-first power user whose sensibilities are rooted deeply in traditional VFX, animation, 3D, or high-end illustration.

You will be at the forefront of digital storytelling, utilizing leading AI technologies—specifically Google AI tools—to concept, iterate, and produce world-class visual assets. You will partner daily with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Art Directors, and Designers to translate strategic concepts into stunning visual narratives. Whether you are generating hyper-realistic cinematic shots, building witty visual metaphors, or crafting seamless animations, your AI expertise and rigorous artistic eye will help bring our boldest ideas to life.

Note: This is a temporary opportunity for a Senior AI Artist to join our global creative team, working on high-profile projects at the intersection of generative AI, visual craft, and storytelling.

Schedule: While this role can be based in multiple locations, candidates should be comfortable working primarily Eastern Time (ET) hours to ensure strong overlap with the broader creative team.

Hourly Rate: $50–$60/hour, depending on experience

• Advanced AI Production & Workflow Stitching: Drive the visual ideation and final production of high-quality static imagery and animation using Google AI tools and other advanced generative platforms. You will seamlessly stitch together complex AI and traditional software workflows to achieve bespoke, world-class results.
• Hyper-Craft Iteration: Reject the "prompt and done" mentality. Rapidly prototype and rigorously refine visual concepts based on team and stakeholder feedback. You will prompt, revisit, tweak, composite, and iterate until the final output flawlessly aligns with the brand's aesthetic, tone, and strategic goals.
• Motion & Statics Mastery: Seamlessly bridge the gap between still photography, illustration, and motion, generating animated assets that feel dynamic, intentional, and polished.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Creative Directors, Copywriters, and Designers. Act as a strategic creative partner, participating in brainstorms and translating creative briefs into compelling AI-generated visuals.
• Global Communication: Communicate complex visual and technical concepts clearly in English to ensure seamless alignment across our global teams and time zones.

• The Craft Foundation: 5+ years of professional experience originating from a deep craft background in VFX, animation, 3D modeling, or high-end illustration. You must possess an uncompromising eye for composition, lighting, camera physics, and artistic style.
• Proven AI Expertise: Extensive experience concepting and producing professional-grade assets using generative AI tools, with a strong mandatory proficiency in Google AI suites (e.g., Imagen, Veo, or equivalent models).
