Title: Receptionist

Location: Symphony Care Network
Status: Part Time, days & evenings

Job Summary:

The Receptionist is responsible for providing professional, courteous, and efficient front-desk support while serving as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, employees, and the public.

Essential Functions:

• Welcoming visitors and guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Answering and routing phone calls with professional telephone etiquette
• Strong computer skills a must, knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
• Providing clerical support as assigned
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Active listening skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in stressful situations

Qualifications/

Experience:

• 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience working in Healthcare industry preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to follow instructions
• Maintain basic knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft
• Excellent customer service
• Dependable & Reliable
