Job Description- Work at Wyandot and Algonquin Middle Schools, with some work at Chippewa Valley High and Mohegan High.
- Collaboration with Chippewa Valley Coalition for Youth and Families.
- Full-time day hours, generally confirming to school schedules.
- Follows school calendar, with limited summer work and occasional evening hours.
- $72,000 per year, with annual increases.
- Three-year contract; does not offer benefits.
- Position hired through EDUSTAFF.
- Start date is Aug 1, 2026.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology preferred (will consider candidates with a Bachelor's degree and experience).
- Experience with working with youth, required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively and sensitively within a diverse school community.
- Delivery of group work services and drug prevention education programming to students.
- Organize delivery of services in the school by community agencies.
- Consult with school staff.
- Maintain a small caseload of at-risk students for intervention, parent outreach, and referral to community agencies.
- Coordinate with the Chippewa Valley Coalition for Youth and Families in support of coalition prevention programming.
