• Provide instructional and behavioral support to students in individual or small-group settings, helping promote academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Assist classroom teachers with implementing lesson plans, classroom activities, and student support strategies.
• Support students with daily learning activities, communication, organization, and skill development while adapting to individual needs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment by encouraging student engagement and independence.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with students in an educational setting
• Completion of at least 60 college credit hours is preferred, or successful completion of the Work Keys or ETS Para Pro Assessment
• Ability to meet state and district paraprofessional requirements

• Competitive Pay:
