Location: Clinton Charter Township
Teaches health students and the community American Heart Association’s Heart Saver First Aid and CPR and Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers through the Workforce & Continuing Education’s Center for Health Careers.
- Works with the department to offer approximately 20 course offerings per year.
- Assists department with ordering supplies
- Ensures CPR cards are ordered from an approved AH provider
- Teaches and evaluates students on proper technique
- Grades students
Post secondary education in health-related field.
Certified to teach courses through the American Heart Association.
Preliminary Qualifications- Experience teaching American Heart Association courses required.
- Experience teaching post-secondary students preferred.
