Qualifications & Desired

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, adapt, and deliver individualized lesson plans aligned with IEP goals
• Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining thorough documentation
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and administrators to promote student success
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and needs
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives
• Implement behavioral interventions and differentiated instruction strategies as needed
