Lear Corporation's Controls Rotational Program invites a driven Controls Engineer to rotate through assignments, gaining programming experience, automation principles, and plant environment exposure. You will work with plant personnel on Quality, Engineering, and Operations while taking a small project from concept to runoff/support.
After four rotations, you will be prepared with technical knowledge and leadership skills to excel as a Controls Engineer at Lear.
