Forest Glen 2 | 3rd shift, 24 hours | Grand Rapids, MI

As a Rehabilitation Technician I, you'll support individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and spinal cord injuries (SCI) as they rebuild their strength, independence and quality of life after hospitalization. Through hands-on assistance with daily living activities, hygiene care, community involvement, and therapeutic goals, you'll help clients achieve meaningful milestones while building trusted, supportive relationships. Every shift is an opportunity to celebrate progress, promote healthy habits, and play a vital role in someone's journey toward a more independent future.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
- Support community outings, transportation, and activities
- Build positive relationships and encourage independence
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and ability to build trust
- Adaptable, patient, and resilient
- Person-centered mindset with respect for individual differences
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Health care experience
Required:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
