Recruiter - Allegan Area

Salary Range: $50,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of manufacturing roles, from shop floor to management.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for recruitment processes and employer branding.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to source and attract highly skilled technical and operational talent.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry-specific challenges.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

• Experience with an ATS beyond basic data entry, including report generation and system optimization.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application in talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage social media and professional networks for passive candidate sourcing.
• Knowledge of OFCCP compliance requirements relevant to manufacturing recruitment.
