Transaction Network Services (TNS) seeks a skilled NOC Technician for its Network Operations Center. You will answer customer calls, document incidents, isolate issues and coordinate resolution to minimize service impact across IPX, IP networks and signaling platforms.
The role requires experience in an NOC or similar setting, strong knowledge of LTE, SIP and BGP, and the ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
This is a genuine role to take on the NOC Technician II - 24/7 Network Troubleshooter role at Transaction Network Services (TNS).
