Grounds Keeper

Local multi‑family property is seeking a candidate to join our team as a full‑time Property Grounds Keeper. We are looking for exceptional candidates to learn and grow with our company. We take great pride in our communities and in delivering an exceptional living experience to our residents. Pay is $17 per hour. This position is located in Clinton Township, MI.

• Complete grounds work as directed by Property Manager which include:
• Trash pick‑up in common areas and roadways
• Sweeping curb areas
• Ensuring cleanliness of dumpster areas
• Planting seasonal flowers/mulch
• Maintaining other property features
• Mowing
• Weed whipping
• Light maintenance
• Complete work orders assigned by the Property Manager

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work alone, be self‑motivated, and organized
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Positive teamwork attitude
• Willing and eager to learn

• Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees
• Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines
