• Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment in the offices, on the shop floor, and outside areas of Plant 1 and Plant 2.
• Completes weekly Janitorial Checklist, which includes:
  Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors, wiping surfaces, washing windows, cleaning bathrooms, etc.
• Empties trash cans, recyclables and shredders.
• Cleans and maintains all bathrooms; keep supplies in the bathrooms full.
• Cleans and maintains all kitchen/staff lounge areas.
• Cleans and maintains all common areas, including front lobbies and hallways.
• Keeps front doors and windows clean.
• Cleans machines on the shop floor.
• Periodic cleaning of spills.
• Maintain parking lot by cleaning up litter, pulling weeds, trimming bushes, etc.
• Shovel the snow during winter months, if needed.
• Communicate with supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Keep janitor closet clean and tidy.
• Understand and implement Drake Driven Core Values into everyday work habits.

This is a non-exempt, full-time hourly position (40 hours per week).

• High School Diploma/GED
• Some previous experience in maintaining a clean work environment preferred
