Job Description

A well-established fabrication shop in Clinton Township is hiring a skilled TIG Welder/ Fabricator to support custom stainless projects. This is a direct hire, full-time role paying $22–$28/hr, depending on experience, with steady weekday hours and overtime available.

A true fitting experience who is used to building and welding custom parts.

• TIG weld custom fabricated parts from start to finish
• Fit and assemble components prior to welding
• Read and interpret blueprints and part drawings
• Inspect welds for quality, consistency, and penetration

• Strong TIG welding experience in a fabrication environment
• Hands‑on fitting experience is required
• Stainless steel welding experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and fabricate accurately

• $22–$28/hr based on experience
• Monday–Friday, 6:00am–4:30pm, Saturdays as needed (50–55 hrs/week)
