Nesco Resource - - Responsibilities:
Layout & Custom Fabrication:
Read blueprints, engineering data, and drawings to take/read measurements and plan fabrication layouts and procedures.;
Layout, fit, and build precision jigs, fixtures, and tooling.;
Multi-Process Welding:
Perform MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and Resistance Spot Welding (RSW) in all positions.;
Specialized Materials:
Weld stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steels; perform repairs/modifications on tool steel components.;
Equipment & Machine Operation:
Safely operate fabrication machinery (press brakes, shears, drill presses, angle grinders) to prep, cut, shape, and finish materials.
