Ideal Candidate: Proficient in operating CNC Mills. Short run production.
Type: Full‑Time
Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday. (2) Saturdays per month (5 hours)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Independently operate CNC Mills.
- Use standard measuring tools (Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gages) to ensure accuracy.
- Accurately interpret blueprints and process drawings.
- Demonstrate knowledge of machining and technology.
- Assist with tooling, programming and setup.
- Work overtime (50‑55 hours weekly as needed).
- Experience in machine maintenance is a plus.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, learning‑oriented attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
- Offer suggestions for continuous process improvement.
Education and Experience:
- High School Graduate or GED
- 6+ years of experience preferred
