Box Assembly

Labor Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking reliable Box Assembly workers to support client sites across West Michigan. In this role, you will fold, build, and tape cardboard boxes, insert packaging materials, and prepare products for shipment according to work orders. Responsibilities include stacking and labeling finished boxes, inspecting materials for quality, following safety and cleanliness standards, and meeting daily productivity goals.

You will work in a fast-paced light-industrial environment, standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs while supporting changing production needs and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and tape cardboard boxes according to specifications
• Insert packaging materials and products into boxes per work orders
• Label, stack, and stage completed boxes for shipping
• Inspect boxes and materials for damage or quality issues
• Follow all site safety rules and maintain a clean work area
• Meet or exceed daily production and accuracy targets
• Use basic hand tools or tape machines as required
• Follow instructions from supervisors and shift leads
• Record counts or completion of orders as needed
• Assist with general warehouse or line support tasks
