Production Worker

Job Summary:

TCC Materials is a leading manufacturer of architectural and concrete specialty products, which include concrete masonry block, concrete repair products, precast, architectural stone, mortars and grout, and hardscape landscaping products. Work in production and warehousing to facilitate a timely and accurate order-fulfillment process, while ensuring all quality production specifications are met.

• Assist in the daily setup, pour, strip, staging and maintenance of daily precast production.
• Complete assigned production work accurately, timely and consistent with work instructions/procedures.
• Ensure that company quality objectives are being met on a consistent basis and follow quality assurance procedures.
• Drive forklift to transport manufactured items from production areas to warehouse as well as load and unload trucks in shipping area as needed.
• Assemble and maintain molds used for production.

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to drive forklift.
• Operation Monitoring
• Operation and Control - Controlling operations of equipment or systems.
• Basic carpentry and mechanical ability necessary.
• Experience with finishing concrete a plus

Pay: $20.00-$22.00
