Salary Range: $50,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Lead and mentor a team of production operators, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing or workflow as needed to meet targets.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and production line issues.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, supply chain) to optimize production.
- Train new employees on production processes and equipment operation.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and other production management software.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies or similar continuous improvement frameworks.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production planning and inventory management.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish.
