Location: Henry Ford Dialysis, 16151 19 Mile Rd. Suite 200, Clinton Township, MI 48038

• The admission and ongoing assessments of patients utilizing physical and psychosocial assessment skills, diagnostic data, and medical evaluations.
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of care related to short- and long-term patient goals.
• Development of care plans, including actions anticipating individual patient needs.
• Implementation of nursing actions and medical orders to meet complex needs of patients and their families, accounting for age‑specific psychosocial and educational needs.
• Documentation of care provided and patient responses in appropriate forms in the patient record.
• Assumption of charge nurse responsibilities and accountability for care provided by LPNs and non‑licensed technical personnel.
• Leadership functions such as serving as a professional role model, consumer relations, communication, problem solving, decision making, and assistance in orientation and training of personnel.

• Graduate from a state‑approved school of nursing.
• Current State of Michigan RN licensure required.
• At least 12 months of nursing experience, including a minimum of 3 months providing nursing care to maintenance hemodialysis patients, prior to assuming charge responsibilities.
