Qualifications:

• Current RN license, valid in Michigan
• Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in an Operating Room setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Experience with various surgical procedures and instrumentation
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in a variety of surgical procedures
• Monitor patient status intraoperatively and respond to changes promptly
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe, efficient care
• Maintain sterile field and adhere to strict infection control protocols
• Document procedures and patient responses accurately
• Participate in pre-op and post-op patient education
