Location: Clinton Charter Township
Uptiv Health is seeking a Full-time Infusion Registered Nurse (Float) to join our in-office clinics in Michigan. You will document patient data in our EHR, educate patients on medications with NP collaboration, and be a reliable contact for referring providers.
Expect 4+ years of clinical experience, an active Michigan RN license, and infusion experience including IV starts and medication administration. Ports familiarity is a plus; flexible, patient-centered care is core to the role.
