Advisa Care is expanding its hospice services from the Livonia office, serving the surrounding areas, with the Troy agency as the parent office. We seek an RN who values hospice care and will provide compassionate, dignified end-of-life support to patients and families.
Responsibilities include supervisory visits, collaboration in IDG conferences, and ongoing development of the patient/family plan of care. A Michigan RN license and hospice experience are required to ensure high-quality care.
