Position Overview
- CRNA coverage across a broad case mix
- Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required
- Case logs required (site notes proof of epidurals and spinals)
- Endoscopy
- OB and GYN
- Pediatrics
- Urology
- ENT
- General surgery
- Oral surgery
- Orthopedics
- Vascular
- Trauma
- Ophthalmology
- Active Michigan license
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS as required by the site
- Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
- Vaccination required; religious and medical exemptions accepted (as noted)
- Credentialing timeframe noted as 60 to 90 days
- Malpractice insurance coverage
