We are seeking a QMS & EHS Manager to oversee and maintain quality management and environmental health and safety systems within a manufacturing environment. This individual will ensure company processes remain compliant with applicable quality, safety, and environmental standards while supporting continuous improvement throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience with quality systems, audits, regulatory compliance, and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and EHS programs.
  • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OSHA, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain quality and EHS procedures, policies, records, and documentation.
  • Lead and support internal and external audit preparation.
  • Conduct internal quality, safety, and environmental audits.
  • Identify areas for improvement and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Assist with 8D reports, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Develop and provide employee safety and compliance training.
  • Investigate workplace incidents, injuries, near misses, and safety concerns.
  • Maintain required OSHA records and environmental documentation.
  • Support environmental reporting and permitting requirements.
  • Work closely with manufacturing and leadership teams to improve quality and safety processes.
  • Help promote a strong quality and safety culture throughout the facility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of quality systems and/or EHS experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and general workplace safety requirements.
  • Experience conducting or supporting internal and external audits.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience with ERP or quality management software is a plus.
