Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

TheOpportunity

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
- Lead and manage a team of quality engineers and inspectors.
- Oversee product inspection, testing, and release processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
- Manage the investigation and resolution of customer complaints and non-conformances.
- Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development and process improvements.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949) and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong understanding of statistical process control, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a quality team, drive cultural change, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments.
