• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return. They’ll be impressed by your product knowledge, customer experience skills, and use of the Force.
• Step in and step up when needed, covering the sales floor and providing leadership support when the Manager is unavailable.
• Manage the keys to the kingdom—open and close the store as needed.
• Work the register; process sales transactions and use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales with BOPIS and curbside pickup. You’ll also close out the register and communicate shortages or overages to the Store Manager.
• Understand store sales plans, comp sales goals, and key KPIs such as UPT and ADT.
• Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix adjustments.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and respective HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent misuse of spells and wizardry related to theft.
• Support the maintenance of the mother ship; keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Help develop and retain a super collaborative, passionate team to run the store alongside you.
• Perform any other activities as assigned by the Store Leader.

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Avenger-like skills: communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and a drive to develop your team.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product using approved store equipment, and pack or unpack boxes of merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds.
