• Managing all aspects of site operations, including staffing, training, and performance management
• Leading, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve sales and service goals
• Ensuring outstanding customer service and resolving customer concerns professionally
• Monitoring equipment, inventory, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
• Enforcing safety and operational procedures to maintain a secure and efficient workplace
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing strategies for continuous improvement
• Assisting in marketing efforts to drive Unlimited Wash Club membership sales and increase customer retention
• Conducting regular site inspections to maintain cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with company standards
• Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and budget management
• Collaborating with upper management to implement company policies and achieve business objectives

• High School Diploma or GED or a college degree is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in management, retail, or customer service leadership is preferred
• Proficiency in MS-Office applications
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate a team
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience with inventory control, scheduling, and performance tracking
• Ability to follow and enforce safety regulations and operational procedures
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to stand, walk, and actively manage operations throughout the shift
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally
• Compliance with all safety protocols and uniform requirements
