We’re looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Cashier to join our Madison Heights team. As the first and last point of contact for our shoppers, you’ll play a key role in creating a memorable, enjoyable shopping experience that reflects the care and quality Holiday Market is known for.

What You’ll Do

• Warmly greet customers and provide attentive, courteous service throughout the checkout process.

• Accurately process all cash, credit, and debit transactions using our point-of-sale system.

• Ensure smooth, efficient checkout experiences from scanning items to packaging products with care.

• Maintain a tidy, organized workstation that reflects our store’s high standards.

• Assist with bagging and occasionally carrying out groceries as needed.

• Address questions and concerns promptly with professionalism and empathy.

• Support store operations by communicating inventory or pricing discrepancies to management.

• Collaborate closely with team members to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but a great attitude is essential.

• Friendly, genuine communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.

• Accuracy in handling money and performing basic math calculations.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented.

• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as they're our most exciting and busiest times of the year!
