Must be at least 18 years of age.
Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available.
Responsibilities- Assist in daily cutting of fresh beef, pork, and grind.
- Follow the production schedule to meet requirements for advertised fresh meat cuts.
- Process meat products and fulfill special customer requests.
- Ensure market and seafood cases are kept full, rotating prepackaged meats.
- Promote excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with weights and measures processes specific to meat processing.
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures applicable to meat processing.
- Experience in product presentation and packaging.
- Experience using Computer Assisted Ordering applications.
- Current hand jack/hilo license.
- Experience with inventory control procedures.
