Management team members help oversee the daily operation of a Continental Home Center location. Responsibilities may include:

• Leading, training, and supporting store employees
• Assisting customers with product selection, agreements, and account service
• Managing sales, deliveries, inventory, collections, and store performance
• Maintaining company standards for customer service and store appearance
• Reviewing daily reports and helping the store achieve performance goals
• Resolving customer concerns professionally and fairly
• Coordinating schedules, assignments, and employee development
• Working closely with regional leadership and other Continental locations

• Be available to work Saturdays and other scheduled hours
• Possess a valid driver's license and meet company driving requirements
• Previous retail, customer-service, sales, collections, or management experience is helpful
