Key Responsibilities- Prospect and develop new construction leads through builders, general contractors, and property managers
- Conduct job site visits and pre-bid walkthroughs
- Prepare quotes, submittals, and proposals for overhead doors, dock equipment, and entrance systems
- Manage awarded projects
- Maintain CRM records and manage follow-ups with prospects
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- 2+ years of experience in B2B or construction sales (preferred)
- Knowledge of overhead doors, dock levelers, or related commercial products is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to read Blueprints
- Able to obtain field measurements
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM tools
