• Talk over the phone to present and sell health insurance products.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with client retention.
• Save deals and track client information to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow up with clients via phone calls, emails, or other communications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Exceed client expectations and identify potential opportunities.

• 1 year of sales experience.
• 1+ years in the health insurance industry.

• Positive and enthusiastic team player.
• Passionate about meeting the needs of others.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Typing speed of 30+ words per minute.
