Hospice Account Executive

At Elara Caring, a top national provider of home care, we provide the Right Care, at the Right Time, in the Right Place. We are looking for experienced medical sales professionals to join our winning culture with rewarding compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory.
  • Drive sales, growth, and marketing of clinical programs and outcomes to position Elara as a leading provider.
  • Build relationships with medical professionals and connect Elara Caring’s high‑quality in‑home care to eligible patients and families.
  • Identify and engage referral sources, understand decision‑makers, and develop solutions that meet patient and business needs.
  • Maintain a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance as required for outside sales.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (preferred).
  • Post‑acute or DME sales experience (preferred).
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven sales acumen with demonstrated results.
  • Clear understanding of referral source decision processes and key stakeholders.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to provide patient‑centric solutions.
  • High confidence level in interacting with healthcare professionals at all levels.
  • Competitive mindset to achieve and exceed business objectives.
  • Adaptability, enthusiasm, and willingness to collaborate with others.
