Responsibilities include:

• Gain an understanding of potential resident needs and provide information as to which of our apartments best fit those needs.
• Check curb appeal and apartments each morning to ensure we are ready to tour and demonstrate our product offerings to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow‑up on prospect internet and phone leads to try to set appointments
• Tour and close the prospect
• Process applications, preparation of lease packages & renewals
• Conduct move‑in orientation and ensure all move‑in requirements are met to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Marketing and Social Media management for the community
• Great Salary PLUS Outstanding Commission Program

Qualifications:

• Previous sales and customer service experience is required; experience within the apartment industry is required
• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and have a high level professionalism
• Ability to quickly develop rapport with prospective residents
• Must be a motivated self‑starter with the ability to work well in a team setting
• Previous knowledge of Yardi property management software is preferred.
