Windsor Farms Manufactured Home Community is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Lead who takes pride in quality work and keeping a community running smoothly. If you're reliable, skilled, and ready to take ownership of maintenance operations, we want to meet you. We don't need fancy licenses and certifications, just honesty, desire to learn and a commitment to work hard every day.

This position is located in Clinton Township, MI.

• $23.00 per hour, depending on skill and experience
• Quarterly bonus potential of up to $200

Lead day-to-day maintenance for the community

Complete work orders efficiently (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, carpentry, etc.)

• Routine maintenance of rental units and assisting in refurbishing of make-ready homes, including painting, cleaning, light carpentry / plumbing / electrical work

Coordinate with vendors and ensure work is completed to standard

Maintain community systems (pool, common areas, etc.)

• Maintaining property grounds
• Assist in coverage of the after-hours maintenance emergency line

Support a culture of safety, quality, and resident satisfaction

• Maintain and keep working areas clean and organized.

• Commitment to learn, work hard and be honest.
• Working knowledge of light carpentry, plumbing and/or electrical. 6+ months experience in any trade preferred.
• Ability to work independently or with other Maintenance Technicians on any and all tasks.
• To be a good steward of the company's equipment, tools, supplies, etc.
• Demonstrate to our residents that we care deeply about presenting the best community possible.
• To pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and driving record check.
