Qualifications:
- Valid or eligible for Michigan School Psychologist licensure (must obtain by start date)
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Previous experience with K-12 populations in academic settings
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Familiarity with MTSS/RTI, IEPs, and other special education processes
- Adaptable and collaborative in multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and behavioral assessments for K-12 students
- Participate in multi-disciplinary teams and individualized education plan (IEP) meetings
- Provide direct support and interventions to students
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ emotional and academic growth
- Assist in crisis intervention, behavioral planning, and data-driven decision making
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
