• Valid or eligible for Michigan School Psychologist licensure (must obtain by start date)
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Previous experience with K-12 populations in academic settings
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Familiarity with MTSS/RTI, IEPs, and other special education processes
• Adaptable and collaborative in multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and behavioral assessments for K-12 students
• Participate in multi-disciplinary teams and individualized education plan (IEP) meetings
• Provide direct support and interventions to students
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ emotional and academic growth
• Assist in crisis intervention, behavioral planning, and data-driven decision making
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
