Position Overview Hartford Health Care is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our growing primary care team in the semi-rural town of Plainfield, Connecticut. Located just 45 minutes from Providence, RI, this practice offers the best of small-town living with easy access to major metropolitan areas like Boston and New York City.

Practice Model Options 100% Outpatient Primary Care (Adult Medicine, 18+) Hybrid Model:
Split between Primary Care and Hospital Medicine (3 days outpatient, 2 days inpatient) Call

Schedule:

Infrequent phone call coverage to support work/life balance
