Responsibilities include providing job coach support for students at work sites in the community and at The Morgan School as well as classroom-based support in the Learning Strategies program.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED and one of the following:
- Associate's degree; or
- Minimum of 60 college credits; or
- Passing score on the Para Pathways Assessment
- Successful experience working with children preferred, but training will be provided
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Position Details:
- Start Date:
August 19, 2026 - 10-month, school-year position
- 7:30 AM - 2:15 PM with a paid lunch (6.75 paid hours per day)
- Hourly wage in accordance with the Paraeducators collective bargaining agreement
- $3,500 stipend for job coach duties per the collective bargaining agreement
- Sick and Personal time
- Eligible for enrollment in non-certified pension plan
- Qualifies for health/dental benefits
