All Pointe Care, LLC provides person-centered services to families, adults, young adults, teens, and children. Services are designed to meet the individual goals and unique needs of each person or family receiving the service. All Pointe Care aims to empower families and individuals to set and reach personal goals by fostering independence and inclusion and treating others with dignity and respect.

All Pointe Care, LLC is currently seeking per diem Direct Support Staff to provide community-based services to individuals with varying levels of cognitive and physical ability.

• Collaborating with and supporting individuals in meeting their IP goals
• Assisting individuals with daily living skills and household activities
• Supporting social engagement through participation in community activities and events
• Assisting with basic personal hygiene and grooming (when needed)
• Helping plan client appointments and organize a schedule
• Transport and accompany individuals to appointments as needed
• Maintaining a safe environment for the individual
• Documenting activities and progress
• Assisting with behavior management and advocacy (when needed)

• Flexible availability during the afternoons, evenings and weekends.
• At least one year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable vehicle with current insurance and registration in order to provide transportation to clients.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• PMT Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
