We’re currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) — also known as Caregivers or Companions — to join our Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) program. If you’re someone who enjoys helping others thrive, learning new skills, and creating real impact every day, this could be the perfect fit for you!
What You’ll DoAs a DSP / Caregiver Companion
, you’ll provide compassionate, non-medical support that helps individuals live more independently in their communities.
- Helping with meal preparation and household tasks.
- Supporting personal hygiene and financial management.
- Encouraging socialization and building confidence.
- Providing light housekeeping assistance.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and following care plans.

What You’ll Need- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Own reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record (3+ years).
- Hold or be willing to obtain Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and Person-Centered certifications (we’ll help you with the training!).
- Be flexible and able to travel within assigned areas.
Pay: $17.00/hour.
Schedule: 2nd shift available.
Part-Time employees also enjoy- Training programs offered for Companion services.
- Training programs offer for Recovery Assistance (RA) services.
- 1:1 support from a highly qualified Program Manager or Operations Manager.
