We're excited to open a brand-new Panera Bread café in Clinton, CT and we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Catering Lead to help build a strong team, grow our catering business, and create an exceptional guest experience from day one.

• Help Launch a New Café: Be part of the excitement of opening a brand-new location and building our catering business from the ground up.
• Be the Face of Panera Bread: Build relationships with our catering customers while providing the warm, friendly, and dependable service they can count on.
• Make Every Order Count: Take pride in ensuring catering orders are prepared accurately, organized carefully, and delivered on time.

• Order Excellence: Process, prepare, organize, and deliver catering orders accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Customer Relationships: Follow up on customer calls, requests, and catering needs promptly and professionally.
• Delivery Excellence: Serve as the face of Panera Bread while delivering orders, providing friendly and dependable service to our catering customers.
• Team Support: Collaborate with café managers and teammates to coordinate orders and keep catering operations running smoothly.
• Safety First: Commit to maintaining high standards of food safety and safe delivery practices.

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
