We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. The role requires outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, model the behaviors that the sales team needs to demonstrate, and deliver authentic, personalized customer service to achieve all sales and customer service targets.

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to maintain efficient store operations.
• Lead by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to provide inspirational and personalized customer service and to achieve sales and service targets.
• Manage start‑to‑end day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Ensure proper cash procedures and store opening/closing protocols are followed.

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience, coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $13.48 to $22.46. The exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education and budget. In addition to the hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, education allowances and other budget‑based incentives. Salary may vary based on geographic location.
