Seasonal Part Time Field Merchandiser

As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels. You will also support seasonal resets and installations as needed.

Compensation:
Starting hourly pay rate of $17.00 - $19.00, depending on skill and experience.

Job type:
Part-time position with a variable schedule. Average weekly hours between 6-10 hours. Availability is required the week before and after major holidays; you may be required to work evenings, weekends, or on the holiday itself.

• Restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products.
• Engage with store employees, management, and customers to ensure product visibility.
• Perform installations, build and install Hallmark fixtures, relocate card departments and products, and reset displays as required.
• Support seasonal demand leading up to and following holidays such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• Travel to and between multiple retail locations, including grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers.
• Lift and move merchandise and display fixtures up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds on occasion; squat, walk, and stand throughout the workday and climb aisles/fixtures as needed.

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to operate a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Consistent transportation to travel to and between locations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
