Shop Rite - - Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Produce Department and its Associates to achieve the Department’s goals in accordance with Shop Rite Service Priorities (Safety, Friendliness, Presentation, and Efficiency).;
Maintain all temperature logs and production sheets; ensure proper handling and safety policies are followed.;
Lead Associates to achieve department goals and provide training and feedback.;
Ensure merchandise is stocked, rotated, and presented according to department standards; monitor pricing and labeling.;
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to Produce Operations.
