As the General Manager, you lead your team to deliver a profitable store business plan, ensuring the store meets key metrics and exceeds goals. You serve as the link between the brand vision and its execution, driving profitable sales growth through customer operations, merchandising, product operations, and talent development. You train and coach your team to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.

• Analyze results, identify opportunities, and collaborate with leadership to drive key performance indicators.
• Drive profitable sales through accurate forecasting and scheduling.
• Manage the store budget and support the P&L.
• Build highly productive teams by sourcing, selecting, and developing talent.
• Account for team performance through coaching and feedback.
• Teach and train to build capabilities.
• Lead the implementation and execution of all standard operating procedures and initiatives.
• Create an inclusive environment.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform service leadership duties.
• Represent the brand and understand competitors.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage OMNI to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.

• 3–5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Strong communication skills with customers and employees.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock room, and office; work with chemicals; lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and travel.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Business acumen skills.
• Established time‑management skills.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills.

Salary Range: $66,300.00 – $89,500.00

Employee pay varies by qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location, and will meet minimum wage or the higher end of the pay range based on local requirements.
