Job Description:
The person in this position administers the High School Equivalency tests and other related assessments in accordance with testing services policies and procedures. This person must be able to type accurately, have knowledge and experience in record keeping, have computer knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, possess excellent customer service skills, and have the ability to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications- Associate Degree; or some college and prior testing experience.
- Must pass HiSET and CASAS eLearning certifications.
- Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot and/or work with technical staff to resolve potential issues required.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
Extended sitting, extended computer usage, standing, bending, use of office equipment, lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
