Job DescriptionKeeps accurate accounting of all financial transactions for the Foundation and Alumni Association. Performs a variety of skilled secretarial duties including gift processing, providing donor and financial reports, coordinating scholarship awarding and record keeping tasks. This individual must be able to work independently, solve problems and work effectively with internal and external constituencies.
Required Qualifications- Associate degree required.
- Two years of progressively responsible administrative experience, including accounting or financial record keeping knowledge.
- Accurate record keeping, detail oriented and interpersonal skills are required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
This job operates in a professional office environment. It routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, video conferencing and fax machines. The role includes the ability to lift up to 10 lbs occasionally, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are required.
