Join our team as a Telecommunications Supervisor. You will supervise and implement the company construction program ensuring each job site follows construction rules, practices, and policies.

• Supervise day-to-day operations
• Ensure completion of assigned projects
• Provide communication and leadership to foremen and crew members
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor
• Verify locates, materials, and billings
• Provide all required job reporting
• Complete as-builts and redlines
• Actively participate in and take responsibility for safety, maintenance, production, and personnel initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
• Requires previous utility construction crew leadership experience
• Strong preference for experience with telecommunication MSA contracts
• Good computer skills: database software and Excel
• Experience with Google applications is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Out-of-town travel and on-call availability required
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Class A CDL license is a plus

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
• Valid state driver’s license (not provisional) with acceptable record
• Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain
• Pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card
• At least 3 years of related work experience
• Previous construction experience, preferably in telecommunications

• Work with arms above shoulder level at heights, in confined spaces, and remote locations; climb stairs and ladders; bend, stoop, stand, walk, and lift up to 55 lbs; operate vehicle & heavy machinery
• Occasionally use keyboard and mouse
